Moisture on the ceiling cause finishing material damange and Sick Building Syndrome with health consequences to the occupants. Controlled flood testing on the unit above, is performed to determine to find leaks thru floor and lowest sections of the wall, generally at the bathroom or kitchen. The testing will begin scanning moisture under dry condition, then applying water spray to scan moisture under wet condition with infrared thermal imaging. Finally comparing measurements under dry and wet condition.
