Garage Electrical Conduit Corrosion Testing
Active corrosion on the electrical conduit, especially on the ceiling, will keep progressing inside of the concrete, escalating the concrete damage, conducting water leaks, creating a potential electrical shock hazard, and as result conducting to expensive repairs soon after. The results of the active corrosion testing will facilitate the selection of the proper remediation technique to repair this harmful condition, and preventing the propagation of this deficiency to the rest of the structure. The mapping of conduit corrosion rate in concrete is done by a polarization resistance technique to determine the rate of electrical conductivity in the concrete.
