Garage Expansion Joints Destructive Testing

Removing of expansion joint cover, if applicable, and three exploratory cuts at the most critical leaking areas to be discussed with owner. This destructive inspection would give information about type of joint and slab, condition of anchorage, condition of the edges and suitability for bonding of the future expansion joint. After the inspection, the joints will be temporary covered with plywood.
