Garage Elevation Assessment Drawings

The assessment of the actual condition of the vertical surfaces of the Garage requires information about the type of deficiencies and its location on an elevation drawing. The location is important to specify the repair method, potential incidental repairs, and logistics, such as shoring and scaffolding. Furthermore, drawings showing actual conditions will be required by the Building Department when applying for permit. Garage concrete framing and safeguards drawings in elevation view will show the location of deficient items, test location, if applicable, and quantities to repair per riser . Drawings will be delivered in AutoCAD 24" x 36" sheets.
