Garage Floor Deficiencies Drawing

A plan view of the Garage is necessary to show the location and type of damproofing, waterproofing, drainage, and structural deficiencies. The location is important to specify the repair method, potential incidental repairs, mobilization, and others. Furthermore, drawings showing actual conditions will be required by the Building Department when applying for permit. Garage floor plan will show the location of deficient items, test location, if applicable, and quantities to repair per area. Drawings will be delivered in AutoCAD 24" x 36" sheets.
