Access to My Building data is at no charge for clients with active projects with RAS.
The waived fee expires 30 days after RAS completes the job and no other engaging project is in progress with the owner.
The stored information is confidential between the owner, or its authorized users, and RAS. The site is password protected by the system, and RAS doesn’t have access to the password of the users.
For first users, the user ID and password will be randomly generated and e-mailed by the server.
We recommend saving this e-mail in a safe place.
At the first login, paste the user ID, and password from the e-mail into the login window, check save this password in the password list, and create a shortcut on the desktop.
After the waived period, monthly fees will apply, see Order for the fee schedule.
If the client wants to reactivate the access to the server, setup fees will apply.
The service includes access of up to three e-mail users authorized by the client. A small fee will apply to add additional users e-mail.
Fees vary based on the number of pages of the site. There is no size limit for the owner site. See order fee schedule.
