Painting Substrate Amine Testing

When using amine-cured epoxy resin coating in a multi-layer system, if the original coating cures in high humidity environment, a surface oiliness or exudates would occur. "Amine Blush" or "Sweating" leads to inter-coat adhesion failure. Testing of the surface prior to coating will determine the presence of Amines.
