Plaza Deck Deficiencies Drawing

A plan view of the plaza deck is necessary to show the location and type of damproofing, waterproofing, drainage, planters barrier, and structural deficiencies. The location is important to specify the repair method, potential incidental repairs, mobilization, and others. Furthermore, drawings showing actual conditions will be required by the Building Department when applying for permit. A Plaza Deck plan view will show the location of deficient items, test location, if applicable, and quantities to repair per area. Drawings will be delivered in AutoCAD 24" x 36" sheets.
