Flat areas with improper drainage will lead to water accumulation and deterioration of the waterproofing sealants, and concrete thereafter. Sometimes, existing decks are subject to not enough drains since original construction, removal of drains or change of location, obstructed pipes, covered drains, changing of slope, etc. Therefore it is important verifying the drainage capacity to increase durability of the waterproofing sealants, keeping concrete dryness, and avoiding slippery injuries. We will provide laser leveling inspection, and drainage calculation based on Florida Building Code section 1616.
