An uplift testing of pool deck membrane will follow the "test procedure for field uplift resistance of existing membrane pool deck systems and in situation testing for re-applications and new construction applications" as ruled by protocol TAS 124 of the Florida Building Code. This proposal includes minimum (4) tests required by code for pool deck less than 10,000 SF. If additional uplift test are required, $ 490 will be added for each test.
