Structure Actual Condition Floor Plan Drawings

Structural Plan View drawings are necessary to show the location and type of deficiency on the floor and/or ceiling. The location is important to specify the repair method, potential incidental repairs, mobilization, and others. Furthermore, drawings showing actual conditions will be required by the Building Department when applying for permit. Structural plan drawings will show the location of deficient items, test location, if applicable, and quantities to repair per floor. Drawings will be delivered in AutoCAD 24" x 36" sheets.
