Structure Concrete Alkali Silica Reaction Testing
Alkali Silica Reaction testing during concrete placing determines if there are active reactions between aggregates with high-alkali content in cement Portland. The testing will determine weather the reaction is deleterious, and as a consequence development of irregular crack patterns are expected in the near future. By identifying this harmful condition in its early stage prevents the propagation of this deficiency to the rest of the structure. Three tests will be performed on remote locations of the building
