Pre-inspection modules include pictures representing the most common type of deficiencies found in commercial buildings.
The applications Engineer will ask you about pictures that match with your building's condition and providing preliminary recommendation based on the survey.
Available pre-inspection modules are Balconies, Roof, Walls, Windows, Pool area, Plaza Deck, Garage, Seawall, and others. It is required to have internet access at the time of the online presentation. |

If as a result of talking to one of the Customer Service Representatives about a specific deficiency in your building, or if you've recognized a deficiency after completing the survey in an online pre-inspection, you think your building should be further evaluated, you my be eligible* for a courtesy site visit. The Applications Engineer's visit will include testing demonstration for the particular deficiency, a written report with recommendations, and a Budget Consideration.
Fill in the information about your building, and ask to the Customer Service Representative if your building qualify to schedule a courtesy site visit with one of the Application Engineers.
* Restrictions are based on the type of deficiency, location and size of the building.
