RAS Engineering prepares detailed repair specifications, construction documents, permit drawings, and contractor bid packages designed to restore structural integrity, improve durability, and protect the long-term value of the property. RAS Engineering serves as the owner's advocate throughout the construction process, helping identify potential issues early, reduce construction risks, improve quality control, and support successful project completion. We provide comprehensive Threshold Inspection services for condominium buildings, multifamily developments, hotels, commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, parking structures, and other large-scale construction projects throughout Florida.
