Our engineering team performs load testing for balconies, walkways, guardrails, floor systems, parking structures, stairs, elevated slabs, rooftop equipment supports, and other structural elements to verify capacity, code compliance, and safe performance. Using specialized testing procedures, instrumentation, and engineering analysis, we assess structural behavior, deflection, movement, anchorage performance, and overall load resistance to identify deficiencies and support repair, certification, or compliance requirements. We provide detailed testing reports, engineering evaluations, and practical recommendations to help clients confirm structural safety, reduce liability exposure, and make informed decisions regarding repair, retrofit, or continued use of the structure.

$5,000 Deposit will be credited toward Engineer hours @ $350 /hr.
