Construction Support services by RAS Engineering provide professional engineering oversight and technical support throughout the construction process to help projects remain safe, code-compliant, and properly documented from permit issuance through final completion. Our team assists property owners, condominium associations, contractors, and developers with Special Inspection Services, Threshold Inspection services, Engineer of Record support, construction observations, shop drawing review, RFIs, final certification, and permit closeout documentation. We help coordinate with contractors, building departments, and project teams to streamline construction administration, reduce delays, maintain quality control, and support successful project completion in compliance with Florida Building Code requirements.
$5,000 Deposit will be credited toward inspection and report @ $350 /hr.
