Engineer of Record During Construction services by RAS Engineering provide professional engineering oversight, coordination, and technical support throughout the active construction phase of structural repair, restoration, and building improvement projects. As the Engineer of Record, our team assists contractors, condominium associations, developers, and property managers with shop drawing review, RFIs, field observations, code compliance verification, permit coordination, construction administration, and technical guidance to help ensure the project is built in accordance with the approved design documents and engineering intent. We work closely with project teams and building departments to support quality control, reduce construction issues, streamline communication, and help achieve successful project completion from permit issuance through final certification and closeout.
$5,000 Deposit will be credited toward Engineer hours @ $350 /hr.
